Where does a month+ go. I'm most of the way thru the cross season, racing is going okay, I pulled off what I think was a great race with the help of friends( 2009 Coastal Cross ) and now I'm going to enjoy the rest of the season. I'm looking forward to Portland then Xmas, taking 1/2 of December off from training then getting back on the horse in January. 2010 is looking good from here.
